This seminar provides information to the buyer or seller of a property, either commercial or personal.  It focuses on what you should look for in a lease agreement, things to review before signing your purchase contract, what to watch for if you are having a property built, 7 traps to avoid if you are doing a For Sale By Owner and much more.

Business Services:
This seminar provides information on the basics of setting up a new business, making sure your new business complies with the laws, and potential sales, franchises or transition of the business.  We will review the different types of business from LLC, LLP, Inc. and Corporation.  Talk about how to protect yourself from employee lawsuits, make sure that your business is complying with all applicable laws, and much more.
