Litigation Case Highlights:

Rick, a salesman at a car dealership, was accused by his boss of fraudulently using a customer’s credit card.  After he was found not guilty in the criminal trial, we sued the dealership and the supervisor for malicious prosecution.  The case settled for a confidential amount. 

 Leon is the lone child of a single man who willed the majority of his $2.5 million estate to his “housekeeper.”  He hired us to help contest the will. We were able to battle through significant married in common law issues to obtain a handsome settlement for our client.
