Employment Case Highlights: 

Rita was being sexually harassed at her work place.  We assisted her with the EEOC process and filed a lawsuit in Federal District Court on her behalf.  

We were able to obtain a settlement that resulted in her being paid in excess of one full years wages as a result of the sexual harassment.

A female client hired us in regards to a wrongful termination dispute. We assisted her in dealing with her former employer and negotiated a fair settlement of her potential claims.  

We also worked with her to make sure that her employment record with her former employer was correct and that any future references would be limited to her years of work.  In the end, the client was able to reach a fair settlement and was able to find gainful employment
