 Divorce & Family Case Highlights
 
Jane hired us to handle her divorce after a 10-year separation from her alcoholic husband.  He had already transferred some of the real estate assets. 
Nevertheless, we were able to obtain a fair division of assets for her.  

Mike, a father of three small children came to us for his divorce and seeking primary care of the children. The mother had a drinking problem. We were able to locate a witness who had found the baby lying on the ground at the apartment complex with only distant supervision. 

The other children had also been recently injured due to the mother’s poor choices.  Mike was awarded primary care of the children.
