Commercial Real Estate Case Highlights:
Our client, a property owner, had been financially harmed by the tenant. The tenant didn’t pay rent, stole appliances, and did physical damage to property.  

The client asked us to review his rights as a landlord. Our counsel lead to the preparation of a comprehensive lease to protect the owners financial interest in the property and his investment dollars.  
 

 


Our attorneys represented a real estate developer in a condominium project. We drafted and negotiated the sale agreement for the acquisition of land, researched zoning laws and regulations affecting the land prior to dividing the property into condominiums, drafted all of the condominium governing documents. 

Including the Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions for the property, and drafted and negotiated the sale agreements for the disposition of the condominium units.  Our client walked away with double the money.
