Our Business Litigation Case Highlights:

Our client, a Denver manufacturer was sued for $144,000 by the Trustee for a bankrupt business in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, DE. 

We engaged the Wilmington firm of Tighe Contrell & Logan to assist in the defense of our client. After discovery, the plaintiff stipulated to dismissal of the complaint against our client. 

We successfully represented a church that was condemned for eminent domain in an urban renewal area. We took the case three times to the Colorado Supreme Court on 1st Amendment Freedom of Religion issues, which were matters of “first impression” of Constitutional Law. 

We made new law and our client obtained a judgment at double the amount offered by the governmental unit.
