Aaron was born in southern California and spent his youth between the East and West Coast, spending time in upstate New York and Venice, California. After law school in Washington, he decided he loved the sun and the mountains and made Denver his home.
He attended college at State University of New York at Oswego, where he received a B.A. in Spanish and Philosophy in 1993. He decided to employ his love of people and problem solving with a law degree. He received his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University in 1996.
Admitted to the Colorado Bar Association in 1996, Aaron started his early legal career focused on employment law. He joined Thomas Quentin Benson & Associates in 1997, which then became Benson & Case, LLP in 1998.
Aaron Evans is now a partner in the full service Denver law firm Benson & Case, LLP. After many years of helping his clients with various legal matters, Aaron now takes pleasure in working in the probate, trust administration and estate planning areas, as he gets to help people through very difficult times as they plan for their own future, the future of loved ones or when dealing with the death of a loved one.

Mr. Evans is an active member in the Colorado Bar Associations Trust and Estates and Elder Law sections. He is currently is Co-chair of the Statutory Revisions Committee. He has also served as the Chair of Rules and Forms committee and as a member of the State Probate Audit task Group. He also volunteers his time at the Denver Probate court Pro Se Volunteer Desk and joins other Probate attorneys to answer questions on Law Line 9 on KUSA Channel 9.
When he is outside the office, Aaron enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He is married to Melissa and they are busy raising three young children. He is an avid Broncos and Rockies fan and when the weather is nice, you can catch him riding his skateboard to work.
